Fourth, I would offer real estate services to the successful clientele coming in.

I’d gather all the properties for sale and do a walking tour of what’s available.

Fifth, I would develop a cooking school that curates the most amazing local Mexican food.

Sixth, I would develop a boutique that offers the best of local artisan crafts for sale.
