HOT YOGA IN THE HIGH VIBE WAY
The Hot Yoga I teach is the foundation of the week. We use the practice to get comfortable in our bodies. Then we use the workshops to explore our limits. When we have a money, relationship or health issue, it exists in our body somewhere. The hot yoga practice is a great way to find it and work with it, so we become the healers, creators and change makers we want to be.
OUR WORKSHOPS ARE BASED ON THE PRACTICES THAT CHANGED OUR LIVES
We generally host a number of workshops each day. They include mantra to vastly improve your mindset. Yoga goals to give you purpose and meaning in your life.
Gratitude ceremonies to make you a happier person. Contortion and hand balancing to improve your yoga poses. We also generally have a kirtan concert to connect you to your voice.

About Hargobind
Hargobind grew up in a kundalini ashram and then went to boarding school in India. He started a regular ashtanga practice after breaking his back doing parkour. He later found the healing benefits of Bikram yoga and opened 2 hot yoga studios. He currently operates Casa Om & Casa Om Potomac where he has hosted over 500 retreats.
He’s written two books and is currently finishing 9 episodes of a reality tv show called Hot Yoga Hotel. The premise is that perhaps a yoga retreat can solve the problems of modern dating.
He is passionate about helping you reach your gaols in love, business, health and spirituality.
