The retreat is open to all levels, from complete beginners to professional hand balancers.The handstand methodology taught at the retreat will be a combination of two different techniques, Chinese and Ukrainian hand balancing techniques.
What we will cover during the retreat:
Jumping into a free handstand ( for beginners )
Different handstand positions
Technique correction
Presses and mounts to handstand
Advanced handstand physical preparation
Strength and Endurance
Movement exploration and fluidity
Programming for adjusting posture and increasing resistance and strength
Introduction to a core strength program
Various spotting techniques for partner training to achieve faster technical results
Preparation and programming for one arm handstand training plus introduction to new one arm sequences (For more advanced students)
